You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Dolly Jo (DJ) came to us a local breeder surrender. She's a tiny purebred miniature pinscher and is a little over 9 years old. She's older, yes, but she's happy and spunky and boy, can she eat! It does appear that Ms. Dolly will need a little bit of vet work as she does have some gnarly teeth and apparent mammary tumors. We'll be getting all of this checked out at the vet on Sept. 16th and will then have a better idea of her needs. Her adoption fee will be $100. Dolly Jo will need a quiet and patient home. She's friendly and loving but can be a little skittish at first. We do think she'd be fine with other smaller dogs. She's looking for an adult only home. Teens are fine. She might need a little bit of work on basic training. She would make a sweet little companion. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
