My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Adoption:13Waylon is a little guy who packs a big personality in a cute, tiny package! This wee panther loves to play, zooming around after toys and leaping in the air if you hold the toy up high. He’s a chatty guy who will chirp hello and happily tell you all about his day. He starts purring the second you say hi, adores being pet and held in your arms, and will climb up to perch on your shoulders. Like many kittens, Waylon is still learning that hands are not toys, but catches on quickly if you simply substitute an appropriate plaything. This little cutie is looking for a loving home with a young kitty friend, and is destined to be a cherished—and silly—companion!  September 17, 2025, 7:47 pm
