Meet A Boy Named Sue – A Gentle Warrior with a Heart of Gold A Boy Named Sue has a story that tugs at the heartstrings—a story of survival, strength, and second chances. After being abandoned and suffering a pelvic injury, Sue has shown incredible resilience. Through it all, his affectionate and trusting nature never faded. Now, this sweet, soulful boy is ready to find the forever home he truly deserves. Sue is a stunning medium-haired cat with a plush, soft coat and eyes that speak volumes. While he may be a bit shy at first, once he feels safe, he melts into a loving companion who adores gentle pets—especially head scratches and chin rubs. Earning his trust is a gift, and when he looks at you with those soulful eyes, you’ll know you’ve made a friend for life. He is FIV-positive, but FIV isn’t a life sentence. Cats with FIV can live long, happy lives with proper care—and Sue is living proof. He is FELV-negative, enjoys playtime, loves mealtime, and thrives in a calm, quiet environment. His past pelvic injury may slightly affect his mobility, but it doesn’t stop him from seeking out cuddles or shadowing his favorite human. Sue is looking for a patient, compassionate adopter who understands the needs of an FIV+ cat and will provide a safe indoor home, regular vet care, and—most importantly—lots of love. In return, he promises a deep and loyal bond, quiet companionship, and a heart full of gratitude. If you’re ready to open your heart to a cat who has overcome the odds and is eager to love, A Boy Named Sue is waiting to write his next chapter with you. We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adotpion have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip resgistration. To apply to adopt, please visit our website www.fcocinc.org and click "Adopt" under the cat you're interested in. ##2231389##
