Moose

My story

Moose is a handsome, 1 year old, about 55lb male Golden Retriever looking for a home where he is the only dog in the home, so he can get all of the love and attention he can handle... and not have to share it.  We are told by his family who has had to surrender him that: "Moose is a wonderful dog and loves adults and children. Moose would do amazingly in an only dog home with all the attention and love. Moose loves to fetch, snuggle, run, go for car rides, chew on toys and get all the treats. Moose is very loyal to his people, but very nervous in new areas and meeting new people. He warms up quickly." He is house-trained, leash-trained and crate-trained (only used when they are not home or sleeping at night). At 1 year old, Moose is still just a puppy and will need a home that has the time and commitment to give him plenty of daily exercise and direction to keep him happy and out of trouble.
