My story

Vida is at our Everyday Adoption Center (1101 S Canal St.) You can visit our Everyday Adoption Center at any time during open hours, no appointment needed. Fill out our quick adoption application on our website before visiting to streamline the process. Spayed: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Vida is still receiving the core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized More about Vida: Housebroken: Working on it! With a strict schedule and routine, she will catch on in no time Crate trained: Working on it and doing well overall Leash walking: She is new to leash walking, but doing pretty well so far! Dog social: She lives with her sister in her foster home and has been doing well Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: She has been doing well in living with a teenager, and may do well with respectful kids as well Vida likes: - Playing with her "ketchup" toy or with her sister - Being near her people - Learning new things! Vida is so smart and eager to learn! She has been learning “sit” and “stay”, and is also making good progress with housebreaking. She is fun and curious, and enjoys exploring and experiencing all the newness around her! Vida will do best with an adopter who is ready for all the stages that puppyhood and being an adolescent brings. OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense. A $150 refundable deposit will be collected at the time of adoption, and refunded upon receipt of proof of enrollment in a positive reinforcement training program. Vida's adoption fee is $350, and this sweet young gal is excited to grow up in her forever home!
