Robby Lonestar* - Tripod

My story

Robby is a darling little guy that came into our rescue with a horribly dislocated front leg.  It was determined that the leg had sustained a bad injury (most likely hit by car) & try as we did, the leg just could not be saved. The vet believes it had been this way for quite some time.  Robby was used to the use of only three legs & adapted quickly after his amputation surgery.   He is a happy boy that loves to snuggle all day, lay in the sunshine, take walks outside and enjoys the company of people and other dogs.  He is currently in foster with 4 large breed dogs since his surgery & prior was in foster with dogs and cats as well.  Robby has a cute little trot- hop-along when he walks which is so endearing! He very affectionate, loves belly rubs and kisses and chilling on the couch for movie night.  His temperament is very gentle and easy going.  Robby is estimated at just 5 years old. He is small at 20 pounds. Robby would do well as an only dog or with a home full of pets.  This little guy does crate when the foster is out of the home for errands, etc., but sleeps outside of the crate at night, usually crashing on the couch.  He sleeps all night long, hardly never moving and does not need out during the night.  Robby is completely house-trained.  If you think you can give Robby a wonderful & loving forever home, please apply to adopt!  Robby is microchipped, neutered and current on his vaccines and his adoption fee is $495.  Apply to adopt ROBBY LONESTAR at www.ehrdogs.org  September 17, 2025, 12:02 am
