My story

Meet Holt, the last of the 10-month-old Blue Heeler siblings, and easily the most tender-hearted of the bunch. With his oversized ears and cautious little steps, Holt has a quiet way of navigating the world—never in a rush, always taking his time to make sure it’s safe. Found as a stray with his brothers and sister, Holt arrived at the shelter unsure of what to expect, but day by day, he’s discovering that people can be kind, toys are actually fun, and belly rubs might be his new favorite thing. He’s the kind of pup who watches from the sidelines before joining in with a joyful little bounce, surprising everyone with his silly antics and puppy grin. Holt isn’t looking for the loudest home—he’s looking for the kindest one. A place where trust is built slowly, love is patient, and his gentle loyalty can grow into something unshakable. If you’ve got a soft spot for the underdogs, Holt just might be your perfect match.The adoption fee for this pet is $75.
