Odin – ID 13697 – Kennel 801 – Arrived Sep 16 Siberian Husky/Shepherd mix – Black and White – Neutered Male – 8 years old – 67 lb Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm negative – Housetrained – Dog friendly – Good with children Odin’s world was turned upside down when he lost the only family he had ever known. At 8 years old, this gentle Husky/Shepherd mix suddenly found himself in a shelter kennel, wondering where everything familiar had gone. Through it all, Odin has remained so sweet and obedient—he knows his sit and stay, and he’s always eager to please. This handsome boy is housetrained, dog-friendly, and wonderful with children, making him an incredible companion for almost any home. The only thing he asks is a cat-free environment, since he didn't like the cat in his previous home. Odin deserves more than a kennel—he deserves a soft bed, loving hands, and a family to share his golden years with. He has so much love left to give, and he’s waiting with hopeful eyes for someone who will see him for the great dog he is and give him the second chance he longs for. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
