My story

Candy is a fun loving delightful 18 month old 18 pound mix of wheaten, poodle maybe something else! She loves all people, loves all dogs and is a pretty good leash walker:) She would love and active family where she can be right in the mix! She is playful but gentle so everyone loves her:) She is reported to be housetrained on potty pads but she has had several accidents since coming into rescue so we consider her not housetrained. She is quickly learning the dog door thanks to her buddy Ripley whom she loves playing with.  If you have the ability and room in your family to adopt two dogs Candy and Ripley would love to be adopted together.  Ripley's profile  is on our website at:  https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adopt/ . Candy is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $350 helps offset the rescue's medical expenses.
