My story

From crowded halls and shelter walls, Where many voices call, Came Dobby with a quiet grace A friend to love, that’s all. We do not know the road he walked, Or how he came to be, Inside a cage with watchful eyes, Just longing to be free. But what we know is clear and true: This boy is sweet and kind, He greets you with a gentle purr And peace within his mind. His past is gone, his slate is clean, He’s ready to begin To find a home, a comfy bed, And someone to let in. So if you seek a loyal friend, With heart and quiet role Come meet dear Dobby, soft and warm A truly gentle soul. Note: All that we know about his past is that he was transferred to us at the end of August from an overcrowded shelter in need of space. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com.
