My story

“ 🎵 Buy me some peanuts and crackerjacks... 🎵" Wait, that’s me! ⚾️ Hi, I’m Peanut, your all-star rookie lab mix. I'm about 8–9 months old and ready to hit a home run with my forever family. I’ve got energy to spare, so think of me as your MVP when it comes to walks, runs, and playing tug of war. If I'm really feeling it, you'll hear my funny play growls. My tail? Let’s just say it’s the grand slam of tails—so long and waggy it can clear a coffee table faster than a foul ball in the stands. Every great ballplayer has a lucky charm, and mine is my emotional support hot dog plushie 🌭. I also have a strong lineup of favorite chews; Yak cheese bones and my trusty Nylabone wishbone keep me happily occupied between innings. I’m almost fully house-trained, with just the occasional “error on the field” as I learn my new environment. Don’t worry, with just a little coaching, I’ll be housetrained in no time. Speaking of coaches, I'm looking for someone that is patient and consistent. After a full day of play, I sleep soundly in my crate, dreaming of crackerjacks, belly rubs, and maybe stealing a base or two. I’m people-friendly (best with kids over 10) and dog-friendly too! In fact, I’d love a canine teammate who can play hard, romp around, and show me the ropes. I already know “sit” and am practicing other commands. I've been microchipped, checked out by a vet, recently neutered and am up to date on my vaccines. So if you’re looking for a high-energy, fun-loving pup with major-league potential, I'm to be your paw-fect teammate. I’m Peanut, and I’m ready to slide right into home—your home! 🥜🌭⚾️
