My story
Neo is a sweet almost all black cat other than a tiny white patch on his neck. He is cuddly and sweet. He loves to play and gets along well with other cats and dogs. He loves kids and adults. Neo is the perfect kitten. He is extremely loyal to his foster parents and follows them all over and loves when they decide to sit and their lap is open. Neo would make a perfect addition onto a loving family.
