Uranium

My story

DOB: July 24, 2023 Uranium can be sweet and affectionate when food is around. He enjoys staying close by but isn't too fond of laps or prolonged affection. He's a large dominant male cat, who at times needs a firm personality to keep him in line. He'll gladly enjoy a head scratch or rub when the time is right, but only if the time is right. If he's not in the mood for pets, instead of scurrying away he likes to take a quick bite instead to show his displeasure. He does give fair warning though! He loves birds, bird toys and tries to bolt outside whenever possible (probably to find more birds). He loves the water, hops in the tub following his foster parents’ showers and has been caught laying in the kitchen sink on occasion. Uranium is a sweet boy who is easily misunderstood, he just needs humans who will listen and notice his cues for when he should be left alone. Like many cats, he does his best to tell you what he needs, and it’s up to us humans to listen and respect their boundaries. Uranium is worth the effort!
