My story

Orca is all dressed up for her big night in! This beautiful tuxedo kitty is a snuggle bug who would love to curl up next to you while you read a book, watch your favorite show, or scroll on your phone. But she’s also happy to follow you from room to room because she wants to be where the people are. She’ll meow for your attention and chirp at your touch. She is a big fan of chin scritches but seems to welcome full-body pets (with the exclusion of her incision site, though it seems that even belly rubs may be in her future . . .) That said, Orca does have an adventurous side; she likes to explore and has no trouble getting wherever she wants to go--even with her cone on!Orca would do best in a moderately active home where she can get plenty of attention. She’s currently living with her adoring foster family in Greenwood and would love to meet you!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information. ** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process.
