My story

Our hearts hurt for Coco. His owner was moving and he could not go. A family member took him in but her dog was not very nice. Coco came to the shelter on 9/25. He is 1 year old and weighs in at 15 pounds. It is reported that he is house trained and good with children. He knows to sit when asked. He is very scared of the shelter and prefers to be held. Coco sure could use a freedom ride to a forever family that will surround him with love. Ask for ID# 13929 Run 323. He will be neutered soon and micro-chipped upon adoption. He has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
