My story

Hi! My name is Louella, but my foster family calls me Lu-Lu. Sometimes I answer to it… and sometimes I pretend not to! LOL! I’m a playful, silly 10 month old kitty girl who loves games—especially hide-and-seek and ankle tag (watch those ankles!). Toys are a must in my future home, because I can’t get enough of playtime. At first, I wasn’t so sure about my foster cat brother, but after a week we became best friends. We wrestle and play so much that our foster mom says we act like rowdy teenagers! I’ve also been told I have a little “dog” in me—I’m curious about human food and like to keep you company in the kitchen. Don’t worry, though, I’ve been a very good girl: no chewing on cords, shoes, or furniture. My one weakness? Paper. I even tried to eat my medical paperwork (oops!). When playtime is over, I enjoy lounging nearby and keeping you company. I can’t wait to find my forever home, with lots of love—and lots of toys! All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and tested FeLV/FIV negative. Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two cats are adopted together, $150 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
