My story

Meet Fozzy Fozzy’s story is one of resilience, patience, and heart. He has been with us since 2023, and when he first arrived, life was overwhelming. Human touch made him nervous, other dogs confused him, and the shelter environment was simply too much. With time, patience, and plenty of love, Fozzy has grown into a dog who is finally ready for his next chapter. He is about three years old, up to date on all of his medical care, and has discovered a deep love for toys—anything he sees quickly becomes his new favorite. While he can enjoy playtime with other dogs, he does best when he does not have to share his toys or his personal space. Fozzy is short, stocky, a little goofy, and full of love. He is still learning, but he has already proven just how resilient and adaptable he can be. After everything he has been through, he is truly a diamond in the rough, and we know the right family or foster is out there waiting to give him the safe and loving home he deserves. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
