My story

Meet Calypso — a Beautiful Tortie with a Big Heart Hi there! My name is Calypso, and I’m a proud mama who raised five adorable kittens — all of whom are now off finding their own forever homes. My mothering days are behind me, and now it’s my turn to be spoiled and loved. I’m a sweet, affectionate girl who loves spending time with my people. I’ll happily keep you company while you read, watch TV, or just relax in the sunshine. I’m also a bit of a chatterbox — I enjoy having conversations and telling you all about my day! When it comes to playtime, I especially love soft toys and gentle games. I’m just as content curling up next to you or basking in a sunny spot (preferably with a good view of the lizards in my foster home ). I get along well with dogs, though I prefer calm, older ones. The young, bouncy types can get a little too exciting for me — I might give them a polite “smack” or a stern meow to remind them of their manners, but I never mean any harm. I’m also happiest with older cats or as the only feline queen of the house, since younger cats can bring out my protective mama instincts. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will fill your home with warmth, conversation, and cuddles, I might just be your girl.
