My story

Hello! My name is FlapJack!I`m a friendly boy who loves to play with my squeaky toys. I do well meeting new people but also like to bark when I see people suddenly. Gotta let you know they`re there, right? I don`t like when people touch my toes - Why do humans need to touch my toes? I look forward to joining a home that will provide lots of physical and mental enrichment for me and also help me work on my comfort with handling. I promise to reward with my big head curled into your lap.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers should be fine. No young children given I can be sensitive about handling.OTHER DOGS: Potentially, with an easy-going female who likes to play. I may bark and pull when seeing dogs on leash in excitement.CATS: Not recommended given my exuberance.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: I would do best with someone who has previous dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Recommended.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: No apartment buildings/environments with hallways as I can get worked up when other dogs are nearby but I can’t say hi.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium-high.
