This confident, chatty, totally-in-your-business kitty doesn’t just walk into a room — he owns it. Whether it’s supervising your every move, joining your Zoom calls, or insisting on head scratches right now, Tobias makes sure you never feel lonely again.  He gives lots of head-butts to ask for attention and always wants to be right where you are....like literally on top of you. He loves people, craves attention, and has zero concept of “personal space.” If you’ve ever wanted a furry shadow who thinks your lap, your laptop, and your laundry pile all belong to them — congratulations, you’ve just met your match. Between bursts of playtime and dramatic flops for belly rubs, Tobias will keep you laughing with his big personality and bigger heart. His ideal forever family would be someone who loves an outgoing, affectionate, slightly bossy cat who knows what they want — and what they want is you. Could Tobias be your new best friend (and constant sidekick)? Come meet him — he’ll make sure you can’t forget him!    Tobias is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained.   Tobias' adoption fee is $ 135.  If you are interested in meeting Tobias, please fill out our Online Application today!   Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions or schedule meetings until your application has been approved.
