Cecil is an 8-week-old bundle of pure joy with a heart as big as his puppy paws. He’s the kind of pup who greets every day — and every person — with a wagging tail and a happy bounce. Cecil loves nothing more than playing with his siblings, chasing toys across the floor, and curling up for a nap after a good round of puppy zoomies.He’s curious, gentle, and always ready to make new friends — both furry and human.
