At West Valley Animal Rescue, we do things a bit differently. While many rescues take days to respond or never reply at all, we move fast. The application (link below) is the first step and helps us confirm that you and your household are a great fit. Once you submit it, text us right away. Black Onyx is the thinker of the bunch—a bright, observant puppy who seems to notice everything. He’s quick to learn new routines, loves to please, and already responds to gentle direction. He plays wonderfully with other dogs, does fine with the cat, and is patient and gentle with kids. He’s doing great with crate training and enjoys having his own cozy space. His special trait? He listens with his whole heart—he tilts his head, locks eyes, and truly seems to understand you. Black Onyx will grow into a smart, loyal companion ready to follow you anywhere. Black Onyx’s adoption donation includes his age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, neuter, microchip, collar and leash. Apply below to adopt Black Onyx. We are a foster-based rescue with homes mainly in Goodyear and Buckeye. If approved, you’ll meet a volunteer or foster family at a local pet store we partner with or at a foster home for adoption.
