My story
Carter was very likely abandoned by his owner and captured by urban management when he was roaming the streets. His fur was a mess when he came. He's got a good personality - friendly with humans, but still a little cautious. Carter's pink nose and amber eyes sure do make him stand out in the crowd! Carter is currently in China, but available to fly to you in the coming months. Please send us an email if you are interested in learning more about Carter and our adoption process!
