My story

Edwin originally came to us as a transfer from another shelter and is now on the search for a home to call his own. This handsome all-black mixed breed is still young and full of energy, which means he is looking for someone who can keep up with his active and adventurous lifestyle. Edwin would love a home with plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. If you have more land than you know what to do with and want a loyal companion to hang outside with you while you grill, relax in the sun, or just enjoy the fresh air, Edwin might be your perfect match. He truly enjoys being outside and would happily spend half the day soaking up the sunshine before heading inside to rest and recharge with his person. Edwin would do best as the only pet in the home, though he is not opposed to meeting potential canine siblings. He can be a bit particular about his friends, so any introductions would need to be taken slowly and there is no guarantee they will meet his high standards. Edwin would also prefer an adult-only home where he can feel comfortable and settled. This 55-pound chaotic teen is looking for someone who is passionate about training and has the time and patience to help him continue learning and growing. In return, Edwin will offer plenty of personality, companionship, and loyalty to the person willing to invest in him.
