My story

Rocky, Male, American Bulldog, 3 years old, 76 lbs. Just look at that face! Rocky is such a friendly and happy boy. He is also one smart cookie. His previous owner taught him to sing along with Don’t Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin. Not to worry, it’s the only song Rocky accompanies. The song sums up Rocky’s personality perfectly. Rocky’s only downside is his high prey drive—SQUIRREL! A fenced yard/area will address his desire to chase little critters. Otherwise, he’s a pretty perfect fella. Rocky LOVES people. Once he gets over his enthusiasm for meeting new friends, he’s a pretty chill guy. He is well-mannered in his foster home. Hanging out with his people, soaking up affection, and napping are his usual indoor activities. Rocky loves being an only dog, but a female, his age or older, who is easygoing, could be a great fit. Because of his prey drive, we don’t think a home with small pets would be a good idea. Loving, loyal, friendly, and fun is what Rocky is offering to the lucky people who adopt him. Rocky has been neutered, microchipped, and his vaccinations are up to date. The adoption fee for Rocky is $600.00.
