QUICK FACTS Name: Chunja Age: 2 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: White Terrier mix Color: Cream/Beige Weight: 16kg / 35.2lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city pound, where I was on the euthanasia list just because there wasn’t enough space. Thanks to my kind rescuers, I was given a second chance at life. Now, I’m safe, hopeful, and dreaming of finding a forever family who will love and care for me! MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues MY PERSONALITY I’m a sweet girl who adores spending time with people! Playtime is one of my favorite things, and I’m great at sharing — I even let my friends enjoy my toys. I walk nicely on leash and love showing my affectionate, loving side. I’m a clever girl too, already knowing commands like “sit” and “wait,” and I’m excited to learn even more! MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m super social and absolutely love meeting new people and pets! Once I feel comfortable, I’ll happily show my belly as a sign of trust. I get excited for treats and enjoy showing off the commands I already know. I’m not a fan of being picked up and may wiggle out if I’m held for more than a few seconds, so I do best with gentle, respectful handling. I’m also sensitive about my paws — while I don’t snap or nip, I might gently use my mouth to tell you I’m uncomfortable. With patience, guidance, and positive training, I can learn to feel more relaxed and confident during paw handling, like nail trims. · With Dogs: I enjoy playing with my dog friends and love greeting new pups! I’m very generous — even if another dog takes my toys, I’m happy to let them. I usually don’t start any conflicts, but I’m confident enough to stand my ground if another dog is being pushy or rude. Due to this, I do best with slow, thoughtful introductions when meeting new dogs to help everyone feel comfortable and safe. · With Cats: My full reaction to cats is still unknown, but a cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best match. That said, when I see cats on walks, I usually just look at them with curiosity before quickly disengaging and continuing with my walk. ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a medium to high energy level and absolutely thrive on outdoor adventures and mental stimulation. Exploring, playing, and engaging my mind help me feel happy and fulfilled, and once I’ve had my fun, I settle down nicely indoors. With the right activities, I’m playful, full of life, and always ready to bring joy to those around me! TRAINING & HABITS I walk very well on leash and stay focused on my handler during walk times. I don’t guard my food from people, but I can be a little sensitive if other dogs come too close while I’m eating, and I might growl to let them know I need space. I know how to rest calmly in my kennel and enjoy having a safe spot to relax. I’m comfortable pottying both indoors using a pee pad and outdoors, and with time and routine, I’ll happily stick to outdoor pottying. MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention. A family that understands my love for food and willing to guide me with patience so I learn to become more patient when other dogs are nearby. Ideally only dog in the household or a calm, confident dog sibling. A family that understands I can be sensitive during grooming, especially when it comes to my paws, and is willing to help me with gentle, slow exposure and desensitization. SPECIAL NOTES I’m considered a Level 2 rescue dog, which means I’ll need a few days to about a week to settle into my new home. I’m a super sweet girl with so much potential! For my safety during this adjustment period, it’s important that I’m double-leashed with both a harness and collar so I don’t accidentally slip out while getting used to my new surroundings. I’m eager to learn, and I can’t wait to share my affectionate, loving side with my forever family.
