My story

🏠 Currently in a Toronto foster home My name is Jay, and I’m a 2-years-5-months-old Jindo mix with the softest, fluffiest fur—kind of like a Samoyed! I weigh 17kg and have a cute, chubby body that makes me extra cuddly. 🥰 My story almost had a sad ending… I was in a shelter, facing a very scary fate, but luckily, I was rescued just in time! Now, I’m ready to start a new life filled with love, belly rubs, and endless tail wags. I’m a super friendly and affectionate pup! I trust humans completely and will happily wiggle up to strangers just to get some pets. I don’t just love people—I adore them! Whether you’re my human or someone I just met, I’ll be right there, ready to soak up all the love you’re willing to give. 💕 Big dogs, small dogs, boys, girls—I love them all! I enjoy playing, exploring, and goofing around with my furry friends. I’m not the type to pick fights; I just want to have fun and make friends everywhere I go! I’m crazy about treats which makes me super easy to train! Right now, I’m learning “wait” at the facility, and my trainer says I’m really smart and eager to learn. I pick up new things quickly and always do my best to make my humans happy! Because I’m part Jindo, I might be a little sensitive when I first move to a new place. But don’t worry! I’m really good at adjusting, and with just a little time, I’ll settle in and feel right at home. Once I do, you’ll see just how loving, playful, and cuddly I truly am! I have so much love to give, and I’m looking for a family who will shower me with kindness, patience, and treats (did I mention I love treats?).
