My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Romeo Age: 5 months Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White Weight: 7kg / 15.4lbs Microchipped, Vaccinated Up to Date for Age, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was born after my mom was unknowingly sent to a foster home before being spayed. My dad is from the same rescue background. Thanks to quick action and care, my siblings and I were born safely and have been raised with love and attention from the very beginning. I’ve grown up knowing warmth, companionship, and kindness, and I’m now ready to find a family of my own.   MY PERSONALITY My name is Romeo, and I truly live up to my name. I’m an affectionate, gentle, and incredibly sweet puppy who loves people. I happily approach both familiar faces and new friends, rub against them, and enjoy being touched and cuddled. Even with people I’ve just met, I’ll show my belly and ask for affection. I may be slightly shy for a moment at first, but I warm up very quickly — love comes naturally to me.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS • With People: I’m very people-friendly and affectionate. I allow handling easily, can be picked up comfortably, and enjoy close contact. • With Dogs: I absolutely love other dogs and enjoy greeting both familiar and unfamiliar dogs. I’m especially comfortable around dogs larger than me and tend to avoid conflict if another dog becomes reactive. I rely a lot on canine companionship and feel more secure when another dog is present. I currently live very happily with a Border Collie. Because I’m so gentle, I may sometimes get picked on by more assertive dogs. • With Cats: I have not yet been tested with cats. (A cat test can be conducted upon request to ensure the best fit.)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy outdoor activities and playtime, and once I’ve had enough exercise, I settle down calmly indoors. I have good walking experience, walk nicely on leash without pulling, and follow my handler well.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m a very easygoing puppy. I’m calm in a kennel and do well with both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty. I do not mark indoors and am good about choosing appropriate potty spots. My gentle nature makes training a positive experience when guidance is kind and consistent.   MY IDEAL HOME I would love a home where I can continue to grow with love and companionship. I would thrive in a home with: • A family who enjoys affectionate, gentle dogs • Another friendly dog to keep me company, if possible • A calm environment where I won’t be overwhelmed by very assertive dogs • Adopters who can provide structure while nurturing my sweet nature   SPECIAL NOTES Romeo is an incredibly loving and tender-hearted puppy who brings warmth wherever he goes. He trusts easily, loves deeply, and finds comfort in both human and canine companionship. Because he is so gentle, he does best in environments where kindness is mutual and interactions are supervised.
