My story

Meet Wavvy - this purebred young boy is fun and adventurous and great with people and some other dogs. He has completed a 3 week board and train program and is well behaved for his age. He loves mystic and Sasha. They are his two girlfriends but he does not have to be adopted with them. He knows all his basic commands and is ecollar trained as well’s when he first came to us he has severe separation anxiety but he seems to be over that now.He loves food and will do just about anything for a treat. He also loves to swim in the pool and splash around. He enjoys destroying stuffed animals as well.He is fantastic on a leash. A child could walk him. He is very entertaining and will make you laugh everyday.If you are looking to add some excitement to your life and for a dog who can keep up with your active lifestyle, Wavvy is your boy!! Be sure to check out his video. He’s the one with the backpack on.I should mention that Wavvy is exceptionally large. He is just over a year old and still growing and he is taller and longer than most of the Rotties in our rescue. He is not fat at all. He still has that thin puppy body .As an added bonus, Wavvy comes with a lifetime of training support. His trainer is happy to give free lessons to his new owners for as long as you want to take them. If a problem ever arises, you will have a dog trainer in your back pocket who knows him well, and will help you over come any behavior issue that comes up, included in the cost of his adoption!Training alone could run you thousands of dollars if you choose to get a dog elsewhere. This is a great value! Our Adoption Process... If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home.  An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption.please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states.  On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas.
