Meet Scarlet! This sweet lady is a goofball. Her zoomies will certainly make you laugh. She is very playful and she's good at self entertaining by throwing her toys up in the air and catching them! Scarlet was found loose in Providence, and she was so friendly that the finder was actually able to secure her and bring her home.
