My story

Hey There, I’m Hulk! (But Not THAT Hulk!) Hi friends! My name is Hulk, and I’m on the hunt for my forever family! Now, before you picture a giant green superhero smashing through walls—STOP! I’m actually a tiny Chihuahua-Dachshund mix with a BIG personality and… okay, a little extra fluff around the middle. I got my name because I’m small but mighty (and maybe a little round). I’m working on my summer bod, so I need a family who will help me count my calories and not give in to my Oscar-worthy begging skills. Seriously, I can sit up on my haunches, wave, and bark for snacks like a pro. (Don’t worry, I’ll settle for a carrot stick!) If you’ve ever wanted a dog who doubles as a comedian, I’m your guy. Here’s my story: My brother Bruno and I were found as strays and taken to the Humane Society in Yuma. Our old humans never came back for us, but that’s okay—I’m ready for a fresh start! Bruno and I are still hanging out at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, but we don’t have to be adopted together. I’d be happy as an only dog or with other small pups. Big dogs? Umm… they’re kinda scary. I’ve probably never met one before, so I’d prefer to keep my circle small. I’m pretty sure I was an indoor dog, and I act like it. I LOVE being cozy and snuggling on laps. &#239&#184&#143 If you’re looking for a Netflix buddy or someone to keep your feet warm while you work from home, I’m your guy! I even went to an adoption event and was awesome with kids—so I’m family-friendly too! Whether it’s movie marathons or bedtime cuddles, I’m all about being close to my people. The best part? I’m neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m ready to go home TODAY! No more getting lost for me.
