Gus

My story

Gus is a 5-year-old neutered male who is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and sweet-natured. He loves being close to his people and is happiest when he’s being held, cuddled, or included in whatever you’re doing. He’s the kind of cat who will literally perch on your shoulder like a parrot just to be near you. Gus is very easy to handle and well-mannered — I can trim his claws with zero fuss, and he’s comfortable being handled and cared for. He is litter box perfect and has excellent manners overall. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and has been a wonderful uncle-figure to many foster kittens. He would do very well in a home with other cats or with someone interested in fostering in the future. Gus is a bit vocal and enjoys “talking,” especially when he wants attention or is feeling affectionate, which just adds to his charming personality. He has a calm, loving presence and forms strong bonds with his people.
