My story

I’m Gary, and if I had a nickel for every time I’ve been called "the best boy in the whole world," I’d have enough to buy out the entire toy aisle! I’m 5 years old now, which honestly is the sweet spot. I’ve moved past all that silly puppy business—your shoes are safe with me—but I’ve still got plenty of gas in the tank to be your professional playmate and personal shadow. Before we get into my glowing resume, did you happen to notice my eyes? That’s right, they’re two different colors! It’s kind of my trademark. I’m looking for a new home right now, foster or forever, and I promise it’s through no fault of my own. Life just takes some turns sometimes, and I just need a soft place to land. I have a pretty impressive list of references, too! I’ve lived with a baby (who’s now a toddler) and an 8 year old, and I loved them both to pieces. I’ve even lived peacefully with a cat, and I think other dogs are the best. I’m housebroken and crate trained, so I’m a very easy roommate. My favorite hobbies include zoomies in a secure backyard, wrestling with my fur-friends, and—most importantly—snuggling. I am a world-class snuggle bug.
