My story

Hello! My name is Lochlan!I`m a sweet and affectionate dude. I can be a bit nervous at first and I can be skittish of loud noises or chaotic environments. But I do love to snuggle up on a cozy spot with my human and relax. I love to swim, so if you are looking for a cottage or camping dog for the summer, I`m your guy! I`m also an avid fetch player, so I would love to live with humans who wouldn`t mind throwing a ball for me.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers should be fine. No young kiddos given I can be skittish.OTHER DOGS: Potentially. Me and the dog in my previous home would sometimes get into arguments about valued resources. I otherwise do well and like to play with other dogs. So if there is a dog in my future home, it would need to be a dog who isn`t also sensitive about sharing things.CATS: Potentially, with a cat experienced living with big dogs and who won’t run from me.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: Potentially, if you have some dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Not necessarily.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Any.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.
