My story

I’m a very sweet kitty who likes head scritches. I often seek out my foster mom for affection. I’m independent, though, and love to play with toys and hang out watching birds and squirrels. I’m generally a quiet kitty who loves to be near my favorite person. Hobbies: I love to play with toys that move, including wands and battery-powered toys. HOW I CAME TO THE PGSPCA My siblings and I were living outdoors and being fed by a nice neighbor who contacted PGSPCA because she thought I was such a sweet kitty who would thrive in a home. DREAM FAMILY I am looking for a home where I will be spoiled rotten. I’m usually a quiet, but independent cat, and I would like a home where I can bond with one or two adults who would allow me time to get comfortable and acclimated to a new home. I’m treat and food motivated, so that is the way to my heart. I may need a hiding space or two to help me adjust to my new home, but I won’t need them for long. My Profile Age: almost 2 years Good with kids: never met kids, but probably scared of young ones. Good with dogs: yes, if they're laid back Good with other cats: Possibly a calm, friendly one, and with a slow introduction. Suitable for townhouse and/or apartment: Yes Activity level: chilling on my favorite perches and napping spots. All of our animals are in foster homes. If you are not local to the DMV area, but are interested in one of our adoptable pets, that's okay.
