My story

Patsy is a 4-year-old coonhound with the softest eyes and the gentlest soul. When she came to us, she was heartbreakingly emaciated, her body telling a very clear story of extreme neglect. She had been through more than any dog ever should. And yet, Patsy is nothing but sweetness. She is kind, quiet, and tender in a way that immediately pulls you in. She leans into affection, grateful for every gentle touch, every warm bed, every full meal. Patsy is the kind of dog who doesn’t demand much, only love and she gives it back freely. That’s the thing about dogs. They can go through hell, and you would never know it by the way they choose to love. Patsy is healing now, both physically and emotionally, and she is ready for the next chapter of her life, one filled with safety, comfort, and the forever family she has always deserved.
