My story

 QUICK FACTS  Name: Whitney Age: About 5 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White Weight: 22kg / 48.5lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was found tied to a tree in a park and left there alone. I didn’t know how long I had been waiting, but I was scared and confused. Thankfully, kind people noticed me and stepped in to help. Because of them, I was rescued and given a second chance at life.Now I’m safe and waiting for a loving forever home where I will never be left behind again.    MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  Hi, I’m Whitney! I’m a calm and gentle dog with a stable, easygoing personality. I enjoy being around people and naturally stay close, following my human with trust and affection. No matter what kind of family I meet, I’m the kind of dog who adapts well and finds happiness in everyday life. I’m ready to become a loving, loyal companion and share a peaceful, joyful life with my forever family!    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I may be a little shy at first, but I open up very quickly with treats! I can be pet and be held in your arms easily! I haven’t met children under the age of 13 yet.  · With Dogs: I enjoy greeting my dog friends, but I enjoy my personal space. I prefer calm dog companions and may feel uncomfortable around very high-energy dogs. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown (Cat test can be requested to ensure the best fit)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I enjoy my time outdoors and like to rest inside comfortably afterwards! On leash, I can get a little excited—I love sniffing and exploring, so I may pull at times and need gentle guidance. With consistent handling, I do very well.    TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people or dogs. I am comfortable being in the kennel. I am comfortable with both indoor pad training and outdoor potty.    MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
