My story

My son is going away to college and currently works two jobs, which unfortunately leaves him without the time or ability to properly care for his dog. I am unable to take the dog myself, as I already have two pets in my home and a newborn baby, and I cannot safely or responsibly add another animal to our household. The dog is a 6-year-old male who has been part of our family for several years. He does have food aggression, which I want to be fully transparent about so that he can be placed in the safest and most appropriate environment possible. Unfortunately, I do not have veterinary or vaccination records available. This decision has not been made lightly. We care deeply about his well-being and want to ensure he is placed somewhere that understands his needs and can give him the time, structure, and care he deserves.
