My story

DOB November 3, 2018 Daffodil is a sweet but shy girl who deserves a quiet loving home. She has not quite come out of her shell in her foster home, but over time she has become increasingly curious and brave, and her foster family has no doubt that she will get comfortable in a adoptive home given enough time and patience. Daffodil loves to hide in a corner, but she is always watchful and aware of what you’re up to. Daffodil came to Toronto Cat Rescue from Six Nations Animal Welfare Rescue. Despite being scared - she has clearly been through a lot of stress and therefore takes time to trust new humans - she is a very gentle, sweet-tempered cat. If you get too close, she will not get aggressive, but indicate her fear in subtle ways, sometimes by very tentatively and quietly hissing. However, while she may not be the most immediately cuddly cat, it will be so gratifying for her forever family to watch her slowly learn to trust humans and adjust to life in a new space!
