My story

I adopted Minerva from Barc about a month ago, but I am having great difficulty with her and my cats getting along. I would like for her to go to a good home, not back to a shelter if possible. She is about 3yrs old, spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is a very smart and energetic pup. She is housetrained and knows sit and stay and loves treats! However, she does have a strong prey drive and is not doing well with the indoor cats. She does very well in the dog park with other pups and is actually a bit shy at first. She would benefit from a home where she can roam freely alone or play with other dogs. She comes with a harness, a brand new xl crate, and several toys. I wish I had the time and money to try to get her to tolerate the cats, but I am not in the financial position to get the more expensive training needed for managing her prey drive.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Minerva, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
