 QUICK FACTS  Name: Lara Age: About 7 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Bichon Color: White Weight: 6.5kg / 14lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was rescued from a breeding facility and was given a second chance at life. I was adopted and experienced the warmth of a real home. Sadly, my adopter passed away but I know what it means to be loved, and I’m excited to share that love again with my forever family.    MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  Hi, my name is Lara! Hi, I’m a sweet and happy dog with a wonderfully gentle personality. I’m pretty, kind, and I love people—everyone, without exceptions! I enjoy meeting new faces and sharing my affection wherever I go. I’m full of love, easy to adore, and ready to become your cheerful little companion. I can’t wait to meet my forever family!    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I’m very affectionate and friendly! I happily approach not only people I know, but also strangers. I show my cute belly, and I can be pet and be held in your arms! I get along very well with children under the age of 13 as well!   · With Dogs: I love playing with my dog friends, especially with those of my size!  · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I enjoy my playtime outdoors and I am happy to snuggle and rest inside just as much! I am an experienced walker, and I follow my handler quite well! There may be times when I get excited and pull on the leash, but I am generally very good!      TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people or dogs, and I rarely bark! I am calm when I am placed in the kennel. I am trained to potty both inside using the pee-pad and outside as well!  I ride in the car like a pro with no motion sickness, so trips and adventures together will be easy and fun!    MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever    SPECIAL NOTES  I am very friendly and affectionate! I adapt fairly quickly and well to the new environment, though I may have occasional potty accidents in unfamiliar places as I’m still adjusting.
