My story

 QUICK FACTS  Name: Haerong Age: About 10 months old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Maltese – Dachshund Mix Color: Cream Weight: 9kg / 20lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was found wandering around the streets when I was rescued! I am now ready to meet my family and be in a safe and warm home with the people that will love me for the rest of my life!     MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  I’m incredibly gentle and loving, and I truly adore all people. I have a beautiful, fluffy coat and the cutest expressions that make everyone smile. My personality is one of my biggest charms—I’m friendly, affectionate, and easy to love. I’m ready to share my soft heart and sweet nature with my forever family.    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I am a very friendly and social dog and love meeting people, including strangers! I can be easily pet and be held in your arms, and guess what? I get along well with children under the age of 13 as well!  · With Dogs: I love playing with my dog friends, however I am a little scared of dogs that are bigger than me. I am a gentle dog, and I avoid conflict even when another dog provokes me.  · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I love to wiggle and play outdoors and after, I like to rest and snuggle inside! I am not too experienced with walks just yet, so I may lie flat on the ground when I get frightened. However, with time and training, I know that I will do better!     TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people or other dogs.  I may bark at times when I am in need of something.  I am calm and relaxed when I am in the kennel. I am trained to potty both indoors and outdoors, but there is a possibility that I may display marking behaviours when I am first introduced to a new environment.     MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
