You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.  Hi… I’m Sushi (yes, I know—adorable name for a very beautiful girl). I’m two years old, and if there’s one thing you’ll notice right away, it’s my magnificent bushy tail. It has a personality all its own—swishing when I’m curious, fluffing when I’m feeling playful, and wrapping around me when I’m settling in for a cozy rest. I’m what you might call a “full-of-life” kind of kitty. I love to move, explore, and turn everyday moments into little adventures. A crinkly toy? Mine. A sunny spot? Claimed. Your attention? Oh yes, I’ll take that too—on my terms, of course. I’m a confident girl with a spark, and I think life is meant to be enjoyed with a little flair. Now, I want to be honest with you, because I think the best relationships start that way. Other cats? I’m still figuring them out… and I think I might prefer being your one and only. Dogs? That’s a mystery I haven’t quite solved yet. When I was younger and living outside, I had to look out for myself, and I learned to be a little defensive. Can you blame me? It made me strong—but also means I’m looking for a home where I can feel safe, understood, and not have to compete. The people who rescued me tried their very best to help me settle in with their cats, but it turns out I shine brightest when I don’t have to share my space. So now I’m here, hoping my perfect person finds me. What I really want is simple: A home where I can be myself. A human who understands that trust takes a little time—but is so worth it. A place where my energy, my beauty, and my big personality are celebrated. If you give me that, I promise I’ll give you something special in return—little moments of connection, playful joy, and the quiet comfort of knowing I chose you. So… what do you think?
