My story

**Note: currently, Dongsoo is in Korea, but will fly to Toronto upon adoption. Background Dongsoo is a lovable Labrador and Jindo mix and one of seven puppies born to his mom, Dali. Dali was found as a pregnant stray outside a rural home, where she was being used as a guard dog. After being rescued, Dali gave birth to seven beautiful puppies. Now, three of her puppies are still waiting for their forever homes and Dongsoo is one of them. Personality and Socialization Dongsoo takes after his mom, gentle, friendly, and so sweet. As a puppy, he is playful and affectionate, with a medium energy level. He loves playing with other dogs, big or small, as long as they are playful and friendly. With people, he is just as social, never shy, always happy to greet strangers, and a total charmer at the shelter. Behaviours Dongsoo spent three months in a foster home in Korea, and during that time, he did not show any separation anxiety. He loved his toys, keeping himself happily busy, and he never showed destructive behaviors. He prefers to do his potty outside but will use indoor pee pads if needed. He’s great in the car, calm at the vet, and very well behaved during baths. He walks nicely on leash, and while he might be a bit nervous in new surroundings, he just needs a little time to settle. Dongsoo has no experience with cats, but with a slow, careful introduction, he may be okay. Health and Diet Dongsoo is neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. He receives monthly parasite prevention and is in great health. He has no food allergies and enjoys dry food twice a day. He is a happy, healthy pup ready for his next adventure. Ideal Home Dongsoo would thrive with a family who spends a lot of time at home, as he’s still young and loves to be near his people. He would be happy with another puppy to play with, but he also did well as a solo pup in his foster home. Compared to other dogs his age, he’s been calm and adaptable. Above all, we’re looking for a family who can give Dongsoo plenty of love, attention, and a steady routine, so he never feels alone. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup with a gentle soul, Dongsoo might be the perfect addition to your family. ------------------------------------------------ For more info, please follow the link below. https://www.freekoreandogs.org/dog/dongsoo/
