Petey

My story

Petey was surrendered to a shelter when his caretaker moved into assisted living. I adopted him a few months ago from a foster that rescued him. He is absolutely the easiest sweetest most obliging dog I have ever known. He sleeps in, goes potty, then finds a sunny spot to chill. He will go on any adventure with you or just hang out and watch tv. He weighs 15lbs. He is the perfect dog for someone who works as he does not need potty breaks very often and he is happy to chill and wait for you to get home. He is great with dogs and cats and chickens. He adores ALL people and really loves kids! My main working dog is very possessive of me and she will not let Petey come near me. She also will not even let Petey come in the bedroom. Petey takes this in stride and just sleeps on the couch downstairs. But I feel bad. He would be much happier with a family that could snuggle up with him and give him more attention. Honestly he is the easiest coolest dog ever. You will be so impressed!
