My story

Rosey is the kind of dog who walks into a room already smiling—and fully intends to make herself part of whatever is going on.At 2 years old and about 70 pounds, Rosey is currently carrying a little extra weight, but don’t let that fool you—this girl is not here for a slow, sleepy lifestyle. She’s engaged, enthusiastic, and very much interested in being involved. If you’re moving, she’s moving. If you’re doing something, she’d like to help.She’s endlessly sweet with people and has that “happy to see you” energy that never really turns off. There’s always a grin, always a presence, always a sense that she’s ready for whatever comes next.Rosey may be able to live with another dog, especially one who can match her energy and doesn’t mind a more interactive companion. Cats, however, are a firm no from Rosey.She’s going to need a home that’s ready to help her slim down in a healthy way—more activity, some structure, and a commitment to keeping her moving and engaged.
