My story

This 10-month-old Rottweiler mix is a big puppy with an even bigger heart. Matilda is a friendly, happy girl who loves people and is learning her basic training like a champ. She’s playful, affectionate, and always ready to make new friends. Matilda once had a home of her own, but through no fault of hers, she was surrendered to us when unexpected family health issues made it impossible for them to keep her. Now this sweet girl is hoping that her true forever home is just around the corner. She does well with other dogs and will be tested with cats soon. Because she’s still a big, bouncy puppy, Matilda would do best in a home without small children for now, until she grows up and her playful energy settles a bit. ✨ If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will fill your home with joy (and a little bit of goofy puppy energy), Matilda might be your girl. 🐶 Could she be your new best friend? Adoption fee: $700

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Matilda, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
