My story

🌶️ TINY CHILI IS TERRIFIED IN THE SHELTER – ONLY 21 LBS 🌶️ Chili came into the shelter as a stray, and the loud, overwhelming environment has left this little guy very scared. At just 21 pounds and fully grown, Chili feels much safer tucked away in quiet spaces where the world isn’t so big and frightening. He can be very unsure at first, especially with the leash, but once he realizes someone is kind and gentle, Chili slowly begins to relax and accept soft attention. Underneath the fear is a sweet, sensitive little dog who just needs time and patience to feel safe again. 🐾 About Chili • Only 21 lbs – small adult dog • Sweet but very shy • Prefers calm, quiet spaces • Good with other dogs • Needs patience and gentle encouragement • Will blossom in a loving home Dogs like Chili often struggle in shelters simply because they’re scared — but once they feel safe, they become incredibly loyal and loving companions. ✨ All Chili needs is someone willing to give this little guy the chance he deserves.
