My story

Say Hi to Rufus! He is a little over 1yr old, and has a lot of energy. Rufus loves to be outside and running around just sniffing everything in sight. He loves attention and will stick by your side 24/7. He always has that big smile across his face. He isn’t aggressive, doesn’t bark at other dogs, and it good at basic commands (sit, heel, L/R paw, wait, and can walk off leash.) He is good with other dogs and initially had another dog living with him at the time that I got him. With my situation changing and me not being able to be home too often, I feel like it would be best if Rufus got to be in a forever home, ideally with kids and/or another dog to play with or a healthy active couple that would take him outside a lot, he is a big big hiking dog. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rufus, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
