My story

My name is Daisy and I’m 6 1/2 years old. I love to be close to my humans and am always happy to just hang out at home. Whether you’re reading, typing, or watching a movie I’ll be right by your side. I live with two foster huskies and get along with them well but I could be an only dog too. Keep an eye out for me if you’re cooking in the kitchen as you can expect to find me right behind you reporting for cleanup duty. I love treats and food of any kind which is hard on my figure so you have to be careful not to overfeed me! I love anything soft and comfy, including fluffy dog beds, I’ll do my best to keep every piece of furniture in your house nice and warm. But in the event that you don’t see me on the couch you can probably hear me snoring in my crate. I love my crate and having a quiet space to escape from my wild husky foster brothers. I also love toys, especially soft squeaky ones. Getting old has its drawbacks. I’m not as spry as I used to be when I was younger. My joints aren’t as limber as they used to be and I need my daily anti-inflammation meds every morning. My eyes aren’t sharp as they once were but a few drops of medicine and a little bit of cleaning around the lids make a world of difference for me. I am a Bulldog so I also need my skin folds on my face to be wiped out regularly. You don’t ever have to worry when I’m inside, I am well past the puppy phase and don`t chew on anything. I am solidly housebroken and will let you know when I need/want to go outside.  I’m still a puppy at heart and still want to go for morning walks even if it is just down to the corner and back, I don`t have the stamina for long walks. I love to be included. And I absolutely love rides in the car (Especially ones with air conditioning since they keep me nice and cool when it’s hot). I’m hoping to find a human who shares the same lifestyle. Someone who loves relaxing at home and enjoying all the creature comforts the modern world can offer. Someone who likes the house nice and cool in the summer so I won’t have to pant so much on account of my bulk. I was surrendered with my brother Duke because my former mom is in a lot of pain and couldn’t care for us anymore but we aren`t bonded and being adopted separately. My first foster parents taught me how to live with and respect their housecat.  Ideally, I`d do best with a home experienced with English Bulldogs and the care I need. To meet me fill out the Dog Adoption Application on the rescues website - OFOSA.ORG and my
